Any and all types, from someone working at home from a single computer to many networked computers within a business operation. If for some reason, we don’t feel we’re a good fit for you, we will tell you up front and also recommend another provider when possible.

How far will you go for jobs?
While we prefer to stay within a one-hour radius of our headquarters in Orrville, Ohio, we will travel out of state if the job calls for it. Customers are often surprised to discover that a good deal of our support services can be provided remotely.

Yes, we can offer onsite or remote support if your email isn’t working to get you back online.
Do I have to sign a contract for your services?
Not necessarily. While we do offer monthly package contracts, we also offer Reactive non-contractual services.
