Retainer Program

Our Retainer Program is our middle ground offering.  A monthly retainer guarantees prompt response and discounted rates for the agreed upon term.

This service is a great option if you want premier support, but are not ready for a complete managed program.

Reactive Support Program

This is our break and fix model.  Things break all the time, and when those problems arise it can severely impact day to day operations.  We want to be your first choice for support, ready to resolve whatever tech issue has impacted your company.  This program is pay-as-you-go, and you only call us when you need us.  This program is not eligible for discounts, and does not include remote support options.
